Account & sign-in
- Reset your passwordfrom the sign-in screen using the “Forgot password?” link.
- Your shows sync automaticallyacross devices when you're signed in to the same account on the web and mobile apps.
- To delete your accountand associated data, use Settings → Account, or email us and we'll handle it for you.
Billing & subscriptions
- Pro is $12/month or $99/year, with a 14-day free trial. Free includes 3 shows and 24 channels per show.
- Subscriptions purchased on the web are managed through Stripe; subscriptions purchased in the iOS app are managed through your Apple ID in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Your existing shows and data are never deleted when a trial or subscription ends — you keep view and export access on the Free plan.
Common questions
Do I need an internet connection?No — PatchBay Pro works offline. Your changes sync to the cloud automatically the next time you're online and signed in.
Can I share a show with my crew? Yes. Pro users can generate a realtime, read-only share link that updates as you make changes.
How do I export? Every show can be exported to PDF from the share/export menu. Pro removes the footer branding.
