4. Payment Cookies

When you subscribe or manage your billing, Stripe may set temporary cookies to process your payment securely. These cookies are managed by Stripe in their PCI-compliant environment. We never see or store your full card details. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

5. Service Worker

PatchBay Pro uses a service worker to cache static assets (fonts, icons, JavaScript) for faster loading and basic offline support. The service worker does not track you or send data to any third party. It only caches resources from patchbaypro.com.

6. Managing Your Preferences

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time:

  • Cookie banner: Click the cookie settings link in the footer to update your preferences.
  • Browser settings: Most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent PatchBay Pro from functioning.
  • Clear local data: Use your browser's developer tools to clear localStorage and IndexedDB for patchbaypro.com. This will sign you out and remove locally stored show data.

7. Data We Do Not Collect

  • We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels
  • We do not sell or share cookie data with advertisers
  • We do not use fingerprinting techniques
  • We do not use cross-site tracking

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this cookie policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For significant changes, we will notify you via email or in-app notification.
