What counts as a show?
A show is a single event document containing your patch list, stage plot, and gear configuration. Each show has its own channel list, plot layout, and console setup.
How does the free trial work?
New Pro subscribers get a 14-day free trial. You'll enter your payment method at checkout, but you won't be charged until the trial ends. Cancel anytime during the trial and you won't be charged at all.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your data stays in your account—you can export everything as PDFs.
Does it work offline?
PatchBay Pro works in your browser with full local storage. Build your documentation online, export PDFs before you leave for the gig. Everything syncs when you're back on a connection.
What consoles are supported?
PatchBay Pro is console-agnostic. The free tier includes templates for 2 popular consoles. Pro unlocks templates for Yamaha CL/QL/TF, DiGiCo SD/Quantum, Allen & Heath dLive/SQ, Avid S6L/VENUE, Midas M32, Behringer X32, and more.
Do you offer team or multi-seat plans?
